VISA ARRANGEMENTS TO BELARUS

APPLICATIONS  FOR  VISAS  SHOULD BE MADE  AT  THE  NEAREST BELARUSIAN OVERSEAS CONSULATE

Entry visa is issued:

Business visa	on the basis of official invitation (in original, not a fax copy) from the inviting Belarusian institution
Private visa	on the basis of a private invitation
Tourist visa	visa support letter + National voucher from a registered Belarusian tourist company. Tourist visa is issued for the period of time, indicated in the voucher with confirmed hotel booking but no longer than for 30 days.

To arrange a visa support letter from Ekologia Tour we need the following:

necessary data:

· name and surname of the applicant (as per passport) · number of his valid passport · date of birth · date of arrival (incl. the number of flight and destination) · date of departure · required hotel reservation

As soon as we receive your request we send you the confirmation and invoice. You can pay for all booked services by advanced bank transfer. Should the terms and the services you order be approved and acceptable for you, we then send the visa support letter to the Belarusian Consular Office in your country indicating the relevant reference confirming your hotel accommodation, and the above mentioned necessary data.

VISA ARRANGEMENTS AT THE AIRPORT UPON ARRIVAL

In case a Belarusian Consular Office in your country is situated far away from where you live, or if there is no diplomatic representation of the Republic of Belarus in your country, as an exception, entry visas to Belarus can be arranged at the airport upon landing, too. The only gateway to Belarus where entry visas can be issued, is the international airport "MINSK-2". You are to present the above necessary data not later than 4 days before arrival.

The procedure at the airport (Consular Department):

The applicant should have a photo, fill in the Application Form and pay Consular Fee:

for passengers arriving from countries where there is no Belarusian Consulate
Business / Private visa	100 USD
Tourist visa (individual)	45 USD
Tourist visa (group, per person)	30 USD
for passengers arriving from countries where there is a Belarusian Consulate
Business / Private visa	140 USD
Tourist visa (individual	60 USD
Tourist visa (group, per person)	50 USD

Consular fee is accepted only in cash in USD at the Consular Desk of the airport.

Visa support cost in the amount of 20 USD/per pax is to be paid to our company and can be included into the invoice for services provided to you or to your clients (accommodation, transfers, etc.)

Please, note that visa support costs are not refundable.
